Corrections

Our pages are desk research from vendors' public websites. When a fact is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it.

How corrections work

  • Flag it with a source. Vendors and readers can report an error using the form below. Tell us the page, what is wrong, and link a public source that shows the correct fact, such as the vendor's own product, pricing or documentation page.
  • We review it. We check the claim against the source you send and the vendor's current public pages. We only publish facts we can read in a source.
  • We update the page. If the correction holds up, we change the page and update its last-checked date. Tool pages show this as "Facts last checked".
  • Published corrections are noted. When we correct a fact on a published page, we note the correction rather than changing it silently.
  • Facts, not placement. A correction changes facts only. Rankings and placement are never for sale, and no one can pay for a change. See how we make money and our methodology.
We do not have a public email inbox yet, so corrections come in through this form. Add an email address only if you want us to reply.
