Directory / Materials & supply chain / AI quoting & submittals for MEP distributors and reps

Parspec

AI-first Materials, supply chain & procurement

WHAT IT DOES

Describes itself as an AI-native quoting and project management platform for the construction materials supply chain, starting with MEP: quoting (crossing a full bill of materials and pricing complex projects), submittal and O&M package creation, order, fulfillment, change and billing management, and sales management. Its about page describes an agentic platform that uses AI for unstructured requests such as reading drawings and finding products. Cites 5,000+ manufacturers on its about page (4,000+ on its homepage), a 3.2M cut-sheet catalog, and $30B quoted in the last 12 months; says 8 of 10 top electrical distributors use it (vendor claims). Says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ERP-agnostic, with integrations named for Eclipse, Prophet 21 and SAP.

WHO IT'S FOR

Electrical and MEP distributors, manufacturers' rep agencies and manufacturers. This is a supplier-side tool; contractors meet it through the quotes and submittals their suppliers send.
