WHAT IT DOES

Aerial imagery and property data company whose measurement reports are ordered by address, with no site visit. Its residential reports page (read Oct 18, 2026) lists Bid Perfect (preliminary roof data: top-down and oblique imagery, pitch distribution, facet count, total roof area in squares, waste factor for steep slope), Premium Roof Reports for material ordering (areas, facets, valleys, rakes, eaves, ridges and hips, pitch diagram), Walls, Walls Windows & Doors and Full House reports, ESX files for Xactimate, and CRM integrations. Eagleview One, its subscription platform, "puts powerful AI and precise 3D models in one easy platform" and describes roof and exterior data and reports "powered by advanced machine learning". Eagleview Horizon, marked coming soon on its page, is described as an agentic AI system that answers natural-language questions over Eagleview imagery, customer-owned data and third-party data, shows evidence and reasoning, and exports CSV, JSON, PDF or PNG. The homepage cites more than 3.5 billion aerial images, 1-inch accuracy, 98%+ accuracy on property measurements and 20 of the top 20 insurers as customers (vendor claims, not verified by us).
