Revizto vs VAVETEK AI (BAMROC)
Two different steps in BIM clash work. Revizto is a 2D/3D coordination platform that runs scheduled clash tests, groups related clashes into issues and tracks them across the whole project team. VAVETEK AI's BAMROC does not detect clashes: it is a Revit add-in that takes MEP clashes already found in Navisworks or KlashBIM and uses AI to move or bend services to resolve them, with changes logged for review. Not like-for-like. Desk research from vendor pages read Oct 26, 2026; not tested, no winner.

| What it does | AECO 2D/3D collaboration platform for delivering complex projects (vendor description), with a new Draft Mode for faster reviews. It is listed on the Groundbreak exhibitor page under the company name 3DreamTeam Inc. Vendor states 1000+ customers and 80K+ projects (vendor claims). Re-read Oct 18, 2026: its Collaborative Clash Automation page describes scheduled clash tests, model imports and issue syncs run overnight or from a central machine; checks for intersecting objects, clearance issues, duplicates and required or missing elements; automatic clash grouping that consolidates related clashes into one issue; and automatic issue creation from clash groups with conditional templates that assign trades, priorities and tags. Release 5.18 adds Draft Mode, which keeps new 2D markups and 2D or 3D issues as drafts until published. An MCP Server page says customers can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or a private LLM to query live project data, flag missing or non-compliant properties and summarize or triage open issues, with inference on the customer's own infrastructure; Revizto itself does not describe a built-in AI model, so it stays tagged Not AI-first here. Re-read Oct 19, 2026: current release is still 5.18 (Draft Mode); the product menu now lists the Revizto API alongside the MCP Server, the homepage cites 100+ plugins, formats, partners and CDE integrations, and the pricing page says every tier has all features with no premium modules and free Revizto Academy training. Re-checked Oct 21, 2026: current release still 5.18 (Draft Mode), which also lists a Custom Property CSV export/import round trip (beta), sheet numbers, titles and revisions aligned with Revit, and drawing comparison at different scales. The MCP Server FAQ says the connected AI can read issues, clashes and project data and add comments or update issues within the signed-in user's permissions (Revizto advises keeping write actions review-based), that regional endpoints follow where project data is hosted, and that the server comes at no additional cost to Revizto customers. Still no built-in AI model described, so the Not AI-first tag stands; customer counters and rework percentages are not used. Re-checked Oct 22, 2026: current release still 5.18 (Draft Mode); MCP Server page unchanged in substance. Re-checked Oct 24, 2026: current release still 5.18 (Draft Mode); the MCP Server page still says it comes at no additional cost and still describes connecting an outside AI model rather than a built-in one, so the Not AI-first tag stands. Re-checked Oct 26, 2026: the homepage now promotes Draft Mode as new in Revizto (faster reviews) and still links access to project data through your own AI tools; the pricing page is unchanged in substance (no feature gating; Project and Enterprise tiers let every stakeholder be invited at no extra cost; free training and implementation per the vendor). | BAMROC AI software that the vendor says automatically resolves MEP-vs-MEP and MEP-vs-structure clashes in BIM models. The vendor claims it is 11 times faster (vendor claim, not verified); it also offers structure design optimization. Listed at Groundbreak as VAVATEK AI. Re-read Oct 17, 2026 (homepage and BAMROC page): BAMROC (BIM Automatic Modular Resolver of Clashes) takes a clash report from VAVETEK AI's Navisworks plugin, works with BIM 360/ACC cloud models and single or multiple Revit files, and applies AI-driven Movement and Bend strategies that move or bend services while keeping configured clearances and connectivity; predictions are implemented in the Revit workflow with errors and disconnections logged, and a CRDR report compares before and after models. The FAQ lists current limitations for industrial plants and infrastructure, special-geometry buildings, LOD400+ fabrication models, gravity pipes vs structure, and equipment vs MEP clashes. Other products listed: HUBAROC (human-assisted semi-automatic resolver), Klash BIM (clash detector), Very Easy BIM (AI copilot platform), OPTIFOUND and DARACOR (foundation design). Page claims up to 86% of clashes resolved automatically and up to 20% faster project timelines (vendor claims, not verified). Describes itself as a Singapore-India based SaaS startup. Re-read Oct 18, 2026: the BAMROC page still lists MEP vs MEP and MEP vs structure as its primary automated workflows and the same limitations, and says BIM professionals review and validate the resulting changes; the KLASH BIM page describes a separate plugin that detects MEP and structure clashes, organizes them into reports and can pass them to BAMROC for AI-assisted resolution. Re-read Oct 19, 2026: the BAMROC page is unchanged in substance (same workflows, up to 86% and up to 20% claims, and limitations); the homepage now says BAMROC's global patent has been published (vendor statement), lists CRDR BIM (clash resolution diagnosis report) as its own product, and lists Air Conditioning Optimization and Facade Optimization as coming soon. Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: the BAMROC page is unchanged in substance (same MEP vs MEP and MEP vs structure workflows, limitations and vendor claims); it also describes BAMROC as fully cloud-based and lists live demo webinars and two customer case studies, and the homepage still lists CRDR BIM as its own product and Air Conditioning and Facade Optimization as coming soon. The pages we read list no security certifications. Re-checked Oct 22, 2026: homepage and BAMROC page unchanged in substance (BAMROC resolves clashes already found in Navisworks or KlashBIM inside the Revit model; global patent published per the vendor; CRDR BIM listed as its own product; Air Conditioning and Facade Optimization still coming soon; live demo webinars). The 86% hospital-project figure appears in a customer quote and is not used. Re-checked Oct 24, 2026 (read through a text fetch; direct requests and a headless browser were blocked by Cloudflare): homepage and BAMROC page unchanged in substance (resolves clashes already found in Navisworks or KlashBIM inside Revit; MEP vs MEP and MEP vs structure; Move or Bend strategies; global patent published per the vendor). The BAMROC page now has an FAQ: it runs as a Revit add-in with clashes processed on VAVETEK AI's servers, supports single or multiple Revit files including BIM 360 and ACC cloud models, and does not yet support industrial plants, infrastructure, special-geometry buildings, LOD 400+ fabrication models, gravity pipes vs structure or equipment vs MEP clashes; HUBAROC is described as the human-assisted option. Speed and percentage figures in its comparison table and customer quotes are vendor material and are not used. Re-checked Oct 26, 2026 (homepage and BAMROC page read directly): unchanged in substance (BAMROC does not detect clashes; it resolves MEP vs MEP and MEP vs structure clashes already found in Navisworks or KlashBIM inside the Revit model, choosing a Move or Bend strategy, keeping configured clearances and logging disconnections for review; HUBAROC is the human-assisted option; global patent published per the vendor; Air Conditioning and Facade Optimization still coming soon). The 11 times faster line and customer-quote percentages are vendor material and are not used. |

Where the vendor descriptions differ
- What each sells (vendor wording): Revizto calls itself BIM collaboration software for AECO teams, with Collaborative Clash Automation, 2D and 3D issue tracking, a Draft Mode for reviews and an MCP Server. VAVETEK AI calls BAMROC (BIM Automatic Modular Resolver of Clashes) AI-powered clash-resolution software for BIM MEP coordination.
- Where each sits: Revizto covers detection and coordination: it schedules clash tests, model imports and issue syncs overnight or from a central machine, checks intersecting objects, clearances, duplicates and required or missing elements, and consolidates related clashes into one issue. BAMROC starts after detection: for each eligible MEP vs MEP or MEP vs structure clash it picks a Move or Bend strategy inside the Revit model, keeps configured clearances and logs any disconnections.
- Human review: BAMROC logs any disconnections for review, and VAVETEK offers HUBAROC as the human-assisted option for clashes that need engineering judgement. Revizto's clash workflow uses templates that assign issues to specific trades and tracks resolution in its issue tracker.
- Scope limits (vendor FAQ): BAMROC says it does not yet support industrial plants, infrastructure, special-geometry buildings, LOD 400+ fabrication models, gravity pipes vs structure or equipment vs MEP clashes. Revizto lists infrastructure, airports, stadiums and data centers among its project types.
- AI: BAMROC is AI-first by description. Revizto describes no built-in AI model; its MCP Server lets you connect Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or a private LLM to query project data, so it stays tagged Not AI-first.
- Pricing (checked Oct 26, 2026): neither publishes figures. Revizto offers per-user annual, per-project with unlimited users and usage-based Enterprise licensing, all through a quote, with every feature in every tier. VAVETEK lists no pricing page; the call to action is a live demo.
- Not used here: BAMROC's 11 times faster line and customer-quote resolution percentages, and Revizto's customer and project counts (vendor content).

Questions to ask in your review
- How many of your clashes fall inside BAMROC's supported types, and how much engineer review its changes still need
- Whether BAMROC's resolved Revit models round-trip cleanly into your Revizto or Navisworks coordination cycle
- What you actually pay, and on what basis (neither publishes full prices)
- What did you use it for, on what kind of work and project size?
- How long did setup and training take, and who on your team did it?
- What does it cost you in practice, compared with what the sales call said?
