AI-first Precon: management & scheduling
WHAT IT DOES
AI scheduling co-pilot that reads project documents (drawings, specs, historic schedules and templates in P6/MSP/XER) and is steered with natural language to build new schedules (WBS, activities, logic links), update existing ones including time-impact analysis (fragnets), and analyze float and critical-path movement between monthly updates. Exports to Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Vendor says it learns from your historic schedules and reads thousands of pages in minutes (vendor claims, not verified). Security: vendor says SOC 2 reports are shared on request, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and project documents are never used to train shared models.
WHO IT'S FOR
Schedulers, superintendents, and general and specialty contractors who own a project timeline (vendor quotes a GC scheduling director and superintendents).
PRICING MODEL (AS PUBLICLY STATED)
Not publicly listed (site routes to a demo booking).
Prices change; check the vendor page.
