WHAT IT DOES

Subcontractor and trade-package procurement software for main contractors: procurement schedule, scope-of-works library, tenders and price breakdowns, compare-and-recommend vendor selection, contracts with eSignature, vendor management, lessons learnt and analytics. AI modules listed are BidLevel (AI bid leveling that reads supplier quotes in PDF or Excel, builds a breakdown, and pulls out pricing, inclusions and exclusions with each value traceable to the source PDF; vendor says in as fast as 3 minutes), AI Pricing Library (AI search across historical quotes and trade packages for rate benchmarks), AI Pulse (procurement assistant) and AI Estimating Handover. BidLevel's FAQ says it is a first-pass tool that requires human judgement and that customer data is not used to train public AI models. Integrations listed include Procore, Aconex, DocuSign, Microsoft Entra, Power BI, Viewpoint Jobpac and Cheops. Vendor says it is trusted by contractors on $100+ billion in projects (vendor claim).
