ISNetworld (ISN)

ISN's contractor and supplier information management platform. Hiring clients configure requirements by location, risk level or designation; contractors and suppliers submit health, safety, sustainability, insurance, financial, training and procurement information once for multiple hiring clients within one subscription; and ISN's Review and Verification Services (RAVS) team reviews submitted documents against regulatory and hiring-client requirements (vendor description). Also lists HSE management, sustainability/CSR data, a safety culture perception survey, supply-chain cybersecurity, insurance and financial risk (agents or brokers can submit insurance for the contractor at no additional fee; third-party policy data and insurer ratings from participating sources), worker-level training and qualifications, third-party data, and ISN Analytics dashboards and benchmarking. The Empower app for workers lists ISN ID, jobsite requirements and compliance status, mobile training, and what ISN calls AI-generated tools such as Hazard Assistant and Toolbox Talks. Figures of 900 hiring clients and a network of 90,000+ contractors and suppliers are vendor claims. Cross-industry, not construction-specific; the AI described is in the worker app, not in prequal review.

Vendor says subscription pricing is all-inclusive: every subscriber pays an annual fee plus a one-time account setup fee; for contractors and suppliers both are based on workforce size (three-year average employee count per the FAQ) and the countries they operate in; hiring clients pay an annual fee per global region.
