Field service management software for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, appliance repair and other service contractors, aimed at multi-truck operations (homepage, read Oct 18, 2026): call booking, scheduling and dispatching from a central dispatch board with GPS tracking, work orders and a technician mobile app, quotes and invoices, a pricebook with flat-rate pricing, purchases and replenishment, service agreements, reporting, tech time tracking, integrated SMS texting and QuickBooks Online and Desktop sync. Add-on products include FieldEdge Payments, FieldEdge Flat Rate (an equipment and repairs pricing database), Proposal Pro (good, better, best options for the homeowner), MarketingEdge (email marketing and two-way texting) and a Consumer Management Portal; the company also sells a separate product, ESC. We found no AI features named on the pages we read (homepage, pricing, scheduling and dispatching, and What's New, which lists multiple technician assignments per work order, online appointment requests, two-way SMS and a Mobile 2.0 app in development). The homepage describes smart dispatching with GPS tracking and intelligent task assignment without saying it uses AI.
