Measure, design and estimate platform for exterior and interior home improvement and insurance work. A contractor, adjuster or invited homeowner takes photos in the Hover app (its help center, updated Feb 20, 2026, says 8 photos, one of each side and corner, with more allowed) and Hover returns a 3D model and measurements for roof, siding, gutters, windows and openings, or roof only; interior scans and blueprint uploads are also offered. Hover's product page calls the photo-to-model step "patented technology" and does not describe it as AI. Its GenAI disclosure (updated Feb 10, 2026) says Hover uses generative AI in select offerings, for example to generate exterior and interior visual designs in Instant Design, combining custom models with pre-trained public ones (it names Stable Diffusion, Realistic Vision, Metric3D, OneFormer, MLSD and NormalBAE) and a dataset of user-submitted images paired with structural annotations such as ridge lines and eaves. Pages read Oct 18, 2026 also list Estimates, Agreements, CRM integrations, an API, Verisk and Cotality estimatics integrations, and for insurers damage assessment and Xactimate-ready scope of loss (Enterprise, contact sales). Vendor says 300K+ construction pros use Hover and 22B+ square feet have been measured (vendor claims, not verified by us).

Plans: Starter pay per project with no subscription and the first 3 projects free; Pro $999 per year ($20 off every project, 2D design, estimates, agreements, CRM sync, and $1,000 in Hover credits per $10,000 spent); Business $2,999 per year (one flat rate per scan type regardless of complexity, up to 10 branches, SSO); Enterprise custom. Starter rates for a full exterior scan: $59 simple (up to 4 facets), $99 average (5 to 8 facets), $139 complex (9+ facets), $20 less on Pro, $79 flat on Business. Roof-only scans start at $29 on Starter (FAQ example: $9 on Pro) with a $39 Business flat rate; interior scans run $29 (under 200 sq ft) to $89 (over 600 sq ft), $49 flat on Business. Expedited delivery $39 per project on Starter, $19 on Pro and Business. All plans cover unlimited users. Confirm current rates with the vendor.
