Procore Pay

Procore's construction payment product: subcontractors submit pay apps and engage on financial activities inside the Procore platform instead of a separate portal. Page lists a checklist view of payment requirements per invoice, invoice review and preparation for payment, a library of pay requirements and lien waiver templates, digital signature collection, unconditional lien waivers staged and released at the time of payment, and approval chains built with Procore Workflows with an audit trail of who reviewed and approved each disbursement. Integrations named on the page include Sage, QuickBooks Connector, Viewpoint and MyCOI. A TruEdge Builds quote cites dozens of hours saved each month (vendor-published quote). The Pay page itself does not describe AI; it links to Procore AI agents as a separate capability (see our Procore AI entry), so we tag Procore Pay Not AI-first.
