Trunk Tools

AI platform ("Cortex") that plugs into a project's tech stack, reads documents and drawings into a living knowledge graph, and runs tools on top: TrunkBid (maps subcontractor bids against scope and highlights gaps), TrunkRFI (catches RFIs documents already answer and drafts the rest), TrunkSubmittal (builds a submittal register from a spec book and drafts responses against specs), TrunkReview (highlights clouded and unclouded changes from new bulletins), and TrunkText (SMS Q&A with source checks). Vendor says custom AI models are trained on 5+ years of jobsite data, live on 1,000 U.S. projects handling $50B in construction volume, and that teams get in-person jobsite training plus head-office change management (vendor claims).

Not publicly listed. Pricing page lists Core and Enterprise plans, each described as "one clear price based off your construction volume," with unlimited seats and no token limits; both are quoted on request. (Checked Oct 15, 2026.)
