Jobsite camera pricing in 2026: what TrueLook, Evercam and other camera vendors publish

ROUNDUP · PUBLISHED · UPDATED · SOURCES CHECKED OCT 16, 2026

Only two of the five jobsite camera vendors in our directory publish dollar figures, and the two price lists are built differently. We re-read the vendors' pages on Oct 16, 2026 and set down what each one lists: plan names, what a price is charged per, which add-ons are separate, and what is left out (usually the camera hardware). Every figure below is vendor-listed on that date and can change. This is desk research, not a test, a ranking or a recommendation, and no vendor paid to be included.

DESK RESEARCH, NOT TESTED. Figures come from the sources listed below. Vendor and company statements are claims and are not verified by Means & Methods Lab.

Read this first: per-camera prices are not like-for-like

Both vendors that publish prices quote a monthly figure per camera, but the figure covers different things. TrueLook's page prices a software subscription per camera and says camera hardware is leased or purchased separately, with no hardware prices listed. Evercam's pricing calculator prices camera plans per camera per month and calls its output a preliminary estimate, with final pricing depending on site, hardware and installation.

Plans also bundle different features at each price point (data limits, number of time-lapses, media storage length, AI features, monitoring). Our framing, not a vendor claim: compare a quote line by line, covering hardware, installation, connectivity, storage, add-ons and contract term, rather than the headline monthly number.

TrueLook: three per-camera tiers, month-to-month or prepaid

TrueLook's pricing page (checked Oct 16, 2026) lists three per-camera subscriptions. Essentials is $129 per month month-to-month, or as low as $99 per month with prepayment, and lists 10GB of data per month, up to 3 time-lapses and 1-year media storage. Advanced is $359 per month month-to-month, as low as $299 prepaid, and adds unlimited data and time-lapses, TrueAI site analytics and PPE detection, integrations and 3-year storage. Premium is $599 per month month-to-month, as low as $469 prepaid, with lifetime storage and premium time-lapse.

Jobsite Monitoring is a $100 per month add-on for Advanced and Premium. Camera hardware is leased or purchased separately, and the page lists no camera prices. TrueLook also states unlimited users and a 30-day money-back guarantee (vendor statements). All figures are vendor-listed.

Evercam: a pricing calculator with per-camera, per-kit and per-area lines

Evercam publishes a pricing calculator (checked Oct 16, 2026) rather than a fixed plan table. Construction cameras run on SiteCommand Essential at $395 per camera per month or SiteCommand Pro at $595 per camera per month; the page says Pro adds PPE detection, BIM compare, incident video and SSO. A Timelapse Pro add-on is listed at $150 per month.

Other lines use other billing units: Gate Report at $950 per kit per month; SiteSecure at $395 per kit per month, with Jobsite Monitoring at an extra $120 per camera per month; 360 Walkthrough at $5 per 1,000 sq ft per month with a $300 monthly minimum; and Drone View from $249 per month. The calculator labels its result a preliminary estimate; final pricing depends on site, hardware and installation (vendor statement). All figures are vendor-listed.

No public prices: EarthCam, Sensera Systems and Timescapes

EarthCam: no prices appear on the homepage we checked on Oct 16, 2026, and earthcam.net/pricing returned a 404 that day. Its site describes time-lapse cameras (including ConstructionCam 4K), mobile jobsite trailers, Mobile StreamCam Robotic and security monitoring with AI analytics, so a quote would need to say which of these it covers.

Sensera Systems: no prices on the homepage checked Oct 16, 2026; senserasystems.com/pricing returned a 404. The vendor describes solar-powered, wireless cameras with AI image review for OSHA Focus Four concerns and daily security reports.

Timescapes: the homepage links a /pricing page, but it returned a 404 when we checked on Oct 16, 2026, so we recorded no figures. The vendor describes solar, cellular cameras that it says install in under 30 minutes (vendor claim).

Billing basis at a glance

Per camera per month, software subscription, hardware separate: TrueLook (Essentials, Advanced, Premium; month-to-month or lower prepaid rates).

Per camera per month, plus per-kit, per-area and add-on lines, labeled a preliminary estimate: Evercam (SiteCommand Essential and Pro; Gate Report and SiteSecure per kit; 360 Walkthrough per 1,000 sq ft; Drone View).

Quote only (no published prices found Oct 16, 2026): EarthCam, Sensera Systems, Timescapes.

Related but different: Intenseye, a safety vision vendor that runs AI on cameras a site already has, describes one annual subscription per connected camera with no dollar amounts shown. It sells analytics, not jobsite camera hardware, so it is not priced on the same basis as the vendors above.

Questions to put to any camera vendor

Our suggestions, not vendor claims: Is camera hardware included, leased or bought, and what happens to it at the end of the project? Who installs it, and is power (solar) and cellular data included? How long is media stored, and can time-lapses be exported? Which AI features (PPE detection, security alerts, progress views) are in the plan quoted, and which are add-ons? Is live monitoring priced per camera, per kit or per site? What is the minimum term, and is the prepaid rate tied to a longer commitment?
