Building Radar vs Hubexo
Two ways to find construction projects before they are bid, from different starting points. Building Radar (Munich) is an AI sales platform built around an assistant called Jeane that tracks, scores and enriches projects and drafts outreach for teams selling into construction; Hubexo North America is a portfolio of construction data and bidding products, led for project leads by ConstructionWire's planned-project datasets, and the pages we read describe no AI features. Desk research from vendor pages read Oct 23, 2026; not tested, no winner.
In short: Building Radar (AI project leads for construction sales; no public prices (quote / sales)) vs Hubexo (North America) (Construction leads, bidding & specs; no public prices (quote / sales)). Facts last checked Oct 23, 2026. No winner declared; not tested.

| What it does | AI sales platform for construction project sales, built around an assistant called Jeane. The vendor says Jeane tracks projects from lead providers, news feeds, and public sources; scores each project against your offer; summarizes tender documents; enriches records with phase, volume, location, and contacts; finds decision-makers; drafts outreach emails; and turns uploaded PDFs, emails, or images into project records. Vendor figures (not verified): 5M+ projects tracked globally, data from 50+ countries, 200+ construction sales teams, and "94% AI match accuracy". Based in Munich, Germany (site footer). Re-read Oct 17, 2026: homepage and pricing page unchanged in substance; the homepage also cites EUR 2.3B gained order volume for customers, a 310% increased win rate and 80% less manual work, and the pricing FAQ says success-based pricing and multi-year discounts are available depending on the setup (vendor claims, not verified). Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: the homepage now says Jeane reads your website, product catalogs and technical data sheets to learn what you sell, uses CRM integration and email analysis to follow account history, and detects and merges duplicate records; it still cites 200+ construction sales teams and EUR 2.3B order volume and 310% win-rate figures (vendor claims, not verified). Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: homepage unchanged in substance (Jeane learns from your website, catalogs, data sheets, CRM and email; project upload, deduplication, enrichment, scoring and tender summaries; the same EUR 2.3B, +310% and -80% figures, vendor claims, not verified). The pricing page shows two different customer counts, 150+ companies trust us near the top and trusted by 200+ construction sales teams further down, so we do not repeat either figure as current. Re-checked Oct 22, 2026: homepage unchanged in substance (Jeane learns from your website, catalogs, data sheets, CRM and email; project upload, deduplication, enrichment, scoring, tender summaries, decision-maker contacts and drafted outreach); it also lays out a Discover, Execute and Scale flow (meeting preparation and debriefs, automatic task and CRM updates, flags on stalled or at-risk deals, revenue forecasting) and says Jeane can be reached by web app, email, WhatsApp, phone and API. The order-volume, win-rate, match-accuracy and customer-count figures and the Google review rating are vendor material and not used. Re-checked Oct 23, 2026: homepage unchanged in substance (Jeane reads your product material, CRM and email, tracks projects from lead providers, news feeds and public sources, and handles project upload, deduplication, enrichment, scoring, tender summaries, decision-maker contacts and drafted outreach in a Discover, Execute and Scale flow); the pricing page now also offers a six-question revenue-potential estimate. Vendor figures, the estimate and customer quotes are not used. | Construction data and bid products: planned-project leads, permit data, specs, e-purchasing, a plan room and public bidding. Portfolio of construction insight and software products: BidOcean, ConstructionWire, Construction Monitor (permit data), NBS Canada (specs), NAPC (e-purchasing), Lattira US, Pantera (bid invites/plan room) and Quest (public bidding). Re-read Oct 17, 2026: product list unchanged (Bid Ocean for underground construction and pipe rehabilitation bidding, ConstructionWire, Construction Monitor residential, solar and pool permit data, NBS Canada, NAPC, Lattira US, Pantera, Quest); the homepage does not describe AI features. Product pages re-read Oct 17, 2026 (afternoon): ConstructionWire tracks planned projects from proposal through completion with decision-maker contacts and company relationships, in datasets for energy and mining, hotels, infrastructure, medical, residential and retail, with an API, a CRM tie-in (LeadManager) and saved-search alerts; Construction Monitor tracks residential, solar and pool permits nationwide with alerts; Pantera describes branded bid invites, a white-labeled plan room and unlimited users; QuestCDN describes public owners posting projects, inviting suppliers, comparing submissions and automatic audit trails. None of these pages describes AI features. Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: homepage, product pages and rebrand FAQ unchanged in substance; the homepage still lists Bid Ocean, ConstructionWire, Construction Monitor, NBS Canada, NAPC, Lattira US, Pantera and Quest, and none of the pages we read describes AI. Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: homepage and the ConstructionWire, Construction Monitor, Pantera and QuestCDN pages are unchanged in substance (same eight products; ConstructionWire datasets, API, LeadManager CRM tie-in and saved-search alerts; QuestCDN posting, prequalification, comparison and audit trails), and none of them describes AI. Re-checked Oct 22, 2026: homepage, Pantera page and rebrand FAQ unchanged in substance (same product list: Bid Ocean, Construction Monitor, ConstructionWire, NBS Canada, NAPC, Lattira US, Pantera and Quest); none of the pages we read describes AI features. Where the vendor descriptions differ
- What you buy: Building Radar sells one AI platform in three service models: Self Starter (full platform access, used by your team), Sales Accelerator (adds sales training and business reports) and Fully Managed (Building Radar qualifies projects and handles cold outreach). Hubexo North America sells separate products: ConstructionWire (planned-project leads), Construction Monitor (residential, solar and pool permit data), Bid Ocean (underground and pipe rehabilitation bidding), NBS Canada (specifications), NAPC (e-purchasing), Lattira US, Pantera (bid invites and plan room) and Quest (public bidding).
- Finding projects: Building Radar says Jeane tracks the projects you care about by combining data from lead providers, news feeds and public sources, enriches records with phase, volume, location and key contacts, scores each project against your value proposition and summarizes tender documents. ConstructionWire says it tracks planned projects from proposal through completion in vertical datasets (energy and mining, hotels, infrastructure, medical, residential, retail), shows who is working with whom, and sends alerts when matching projects are added or updated.
- Sales workflow and CRM: Building Radar describes Jeane drafting outreach and follow-up emails, preparing and debriefing meetings, updating tasks and CRM records automatically and flagging stalled or at-risk deals. Hubexo says ConstructionWire integrates with your existing CRM through LeadManager and offers its planned-development data through an API, with unlimited training and support from its account management team.
- AI: Building Radar is AI-first; the assistant is the product. On the Hubexo homepage, ConstructionWire and Pantera pages we read on Oct 23, 2026, no AI features are described.
- Pricing (checked Oct 23, 2026): neither publishes prices. Building Radar's three service models are all by quote, and its pricing FAQ covers free trial options, multi-year discounts and pricing for multiple users or regions. Hubexo has no pricing page; its Pantera page says only that a subscription costs less than the price of a cup of coffee per day.
- Not used here: Building Radar's order-volume, win-rate, match-accuracy and customer-count figures, revenue-potential estimate and customer quotes, and Hubexo's customer quotes, are vendor content and not used. We have not tested either tool.
