Flowcase vs RFPM.ai
Two resume and project-sheet systems for AEC proposals that both export SF 330 Sections E and F: Flowcase (resume, project and credential database, formerly CV Partner) and RFPM.ai (structured staff and project records with AI-generated submittal documents). Vendor-published facts only; not tested, no winner.

| What it does | Resume (CV), project-sheet and credential database for consulting and AEC firms (formerly CV Partner). Staff keep their own profiles current; proposal teams search for people and projects, tailor content, and export to branded templates, Word, InDesign, PDF or SF 330 Section E resumes and Section F project sheets. The homepage shows an AI match step that analyzes uploaded RFP requirements and scores people and projects against them, and the site announces an AI Proposal Assistant running on the firm's live data. Lists integrations with SSO and a REST API, translations and skill reports. Industries listed include engineering and construction. Vendor case-study figures such as 90% faster resume prep are vendor claims, not verified. | Proposal operations software for AEC firms that keeps staff profiles, project records and past submittals as structured records and generates tailored resumes, project sheets (DOCX in the firm's template), SF330 Section E resumes and Section F project sheets, branded SOQs and drafted proposal sections from them. Includes a pursuit workspace (RFP intake, requirements and deadlines), batch import of existing resumes and project files from a shared drive, a knowledge base of reusable narratives, and Ask RFPM Agent answering from the firm's own data. Its SF330 page says Section G (the key personnel matrix) is not generated and is still assembled outside the system. Built for civil, CM and multidiscipline firms of 15 to 200 staff; work listed includes SOQs, RFQs, DOT prequalification packages and SF330s. Setup is a guided pilot with no self-serve signup. Time figures on the site (for example under a minute per tailored resume) are vendor claims, not verified. |
| Who it's for | Proposal, bid and marketing teams at engineering, construction, architecture and consulting firms. | Civil, CM and multidiscipline AEC firms (vendor says 15 to 200 staff) and independent proposal consultants. |
| Pricing (as publicly stated) | No public prices (checked Oct 16, 2026): the pricing page lists a Professional plan (resume, CV and case-study database, tailoring, templates for one-click exports, integrations and SSO, bulk imports, permissions) and Premium add-ons (generative AI, premium support, dedicated onboarding, bespoke integrations, audit log), each with "Get a quote" and no figures. Generative AI is listed as an add-on, not part of Professional. | No public figures (checked Oct 16, 2026), but the pricing page states the structure: "priced by the firm, not the person." Solo (1 login, up to 25 people and 50 projects, 20 pursuits a month) and Workspace (5 seats included, seats six to ten as add-ons, no caps on people or projects, 50 new pursuits a month, data load included; first paid month is the evaluation) are each a flat monthly price billed monthly or annually, via "Get a quote". Enterprise is an annual agreement priced by band with one-off implementation and allowances for pages, model calls and storage in the order form. Every plan carries allowances for pages read, model calls and storage. |

Where the vendor descriptions differ
- Scale and audience: Flowcase lists engineering, construction, architecture, legal and consulting firms and shows enterprise case studies. RFPM.ai names civil, CM and multidiscipline firms of 15 to 200 staff and independent proposal consultants.
- Records: both keep people and projects as structured records rather than files. Flowcase says staff keep their own profiles current. RFPM.ai links staff and projects both ways and batch-imports resumes and project files from a shared drive.
- Outputs: Flowcase exports to branded templates, Word, InDesign, PDF and SF 330. RFPM.ai generates tailored resumes, project sheets (DOCX in your template), SF330 Section E and F, SOQs and drafted proposal sections, and says Section G is not generated.
- AI: Flowcase shows an AI match step against RFP requirements and announces an AI Proposal Assistant; its pricing page lists generative AI as a Premium add-on. RFPM.ai includes Ask RFPM Agent on every plan, with model-call allowances.
- Pricing (checked Oct 16, 2026): neither publishes figures. Flowcase: Professional plan plus Premium add-ons, by quote. RFPM.ai: priced per firm, not per person; Solo and Workspace flat monthly plans and Enterprise by band, with allowances for pages, model calls and storage. Different bases, not like-for-like.

What we can't tell you yet
Which tool is better for your work. That needs testing on the same package with a verified answer key. Planned measures for this comparison:
- Minutes to produce one tailored SF 330 Section E resume from the same source data
- Errors (stale licences, wrong project roles) in generated resumes against a checked answer key
- Outside Means & Methods Lab's current benchmark scope.
