Which of your systems (CRM, ERP, DAM, shared drives) does it read, and how often does it re-sync?
Does every drafted answer show the past proposal or record it came from?
Can it produce SF 330 Section E and F in the required layout, and what is still manual?
Is AI included in the plan you would buy, or sold as an add-on or with usage allowances?
