WHAT IT DOES

Field data platform for construction, infrastructure and other built-world teams: Dashpivot (forms, templates and workflows for safety, quality, field reporting, time & materials), the login-free Sitemate App for front-line workers, Flowsite (no-code integrations), Gearbelt (fleet, tools & equipment), an Open API and a Sitemate MCP server with read access to Dashpivot data. Storm is the AI layer built into Dashpivot: the vendor says it drafts daily reports, permits, JSAs, ITPs and timesheets from voice notes, photos, typed notes, weather and location, builds templates from a description or converts uploaded PDF/Word/Excel/photo-of-paper forms, works in multiple languages and offline (queued until reconnect), flags low-confidence fields, and never commits a record on its own: every output is a draft for human review, signature and sign-off fields always need manual action, and admins choose which workspaces, templates and fields Storm can write to. The Storm page also lists LLM selection per workflow. The homepage calls Sitemate the "#1 Front Line AI Company for the Built World" and cites customer-story figures (e.g. 1+ hour saved per crew per day); the Storm FAQ says users cut 20-30 minutes of paperwork per day for one form. These are vendor claims. We tag it AI features added because Storm sits inside the established Dashpivot product.

Per-user (Dashpivot Contributor licenses) for companies up to about 150 employees, Enterprise beyond; Sitemate App users have free and paid licenses; Dashpivot Visitors free and unlimited on Pro and above. Minimum license counts depend on company size (none under 10 employees; 10 Contributor licenses at 10-99; 20 at 100-999; 30 at 1,000+). The pricing page did not render dollar amounts in what we read, so per-seat price is Not publicly listed. Storm FAQ: included on all Dashpivot plans, including free trials, at no additional cost.
