Koncurent vs Remarcable

Two procurement tools for contractors that both connect to Procore, at very different scope. Not like-for-like (our reading): Koncurent is a spreadsheet-style procurement log that syncs submittals and specs with Procore and links procurement items to schedule tasks, while Remarcable runs procurement and material operations for MEP contractors across field, office, prefab shop, warehouse and suppliers, and can send its POs to Procore. Both are quote-only. Desk research from vendor sites read Nov 3, 2026; no winner.

What it doesSpreadsheet-style procurement log that syncs with Procore: connect to Procore, push or pull submittals and specs, and link procurement items to schedule tasks. The homepage (which renders only in a browser; a plain request returns an almost empty page) shows Procurement Log, Custom Reporting and Project Dashboard screens, names Procore as its only integration and does not describe AI features. Customer quotes are not used.Connected procurement and material operations for MEP contractors (homepage title Built for MEP Contractors) across field, office, prefab shop, warehouse and suppliers. Products: Procurement, Prefabrication, Tools, Delivery and Inventory; platform pages cover Intelligence, Financial Integrations, AP Automation, Reports and Supplier Integrations. Its AI, grouped as Remarcable Intelligence, covers smart search and recommendations; turning a scanned text, email or handwritten note into a bill of materials in the cart; processing quotes, sales orders and invoices from any supplier by integration or AI OCR; checking every invoice line against the PO and flagging mismatches with a review step you control (4-way invoice matching synced to accounting); and in-app AI support (vendor statements). The prefabrication page describes custom prefab models that field teams request from the field, with dependencies, material and cost set per assembly, a warehouse dashboard for requests, automated job-site charges for each assembly and in-app messaging. A PO created in Remarcable can be sent to Procore with every line item mapped. The pricing page lists SOC 2 compliance (vendor statement). Purchase-volume, user and discrepancy figures are vendor claims and are not used.

Where the vendor descriptions differ

  • What each tracks: Koncurent's homepage describes a procurement log you connect to Procore, pushing or pulling submittals and specs and linking procurement items to schedule tasks, with Procurement Log, Custom Reporting and Project Dashboard screens. Remarcable lists Procurement, Prefabrication, Tools, Delivery and Inventory products, with field requests, purchasing, warehouse work, prefab assemblies and invoices in one system.
  • Procore: Koncurent names Procore as its only integration and is built around that sync. Remarcable says a PO created in Remarcable can be sent to Procore with every line item mapped, and also lists ERP and accounting, AP automation and supplier integrations.
  • Buying and paying for material: Remarcable covers the purchase itself, processing quotes, sales orders and invoices from suppliers by integration or AI OCR and matching invoices four ways before syncing to accounting. The Koncurent pages we read describe tracking procurement status against submittals and the schedule, not placing orders or matching invoices.
  • AI: Koncurent is tagged Not AI-first; its homepage does not describe AI features. Remarcable is tagged AI features added to an established product: its Remarcable Intelligence features include smart search and recommendations, turning a scanned text, email or handwritten note into a bill of materials, AI OCR for supplier documents and checking every invoice line against the PO with a review step you control.
  • Who it is for (vendor pages): Koncurent is aimed at Procore-using contractors. Remarcable's homepage title is Built for MEP Contractors, and it also serves distributors.
  • Pricing (read Nov 3, 2026): Koncurent publishes no prices; Book a Demo is the only buying path. Remarcable publishes no figures; its pricing page says price depends on company size, project needs and modules activated, with no extra per-user charge for office or field users. See each tool page for detail.
  • Not used here: Remarcable's purchase-volume, user and discrepancy figures and Koncurent's customer quotes (vendor material). Facts for both tools come from vendor websites (desk research).
