| What it does | AI estimating and bid management platform for commercial mechanical teams: automatic reading, tagging and prioritizing of inbound bid requests, AI ductwork takeoff (weight, materials, lengths, accessories) and equipment schedules, spec-and-plan Q&A that cites the clause it read, a lightweight bid CRM through award, and market analytics (for example engineers and architects of record, basis-of-design share). A customer testimonial on the site says a project that took up to 2 days now takes 6 to 8 hours (customer claim, not verified). | AI platform for trade contractors that turns company documents and workflows into AI tools across estimating, contract review, operations, and closeout: always-on agents, drawing/spec/scope comparison, trade-aware QA/QC checklists, source-linked reports, RFIs and submittals, custom apps, and a REST API with webhooks. Vendor cites 3,000+ projects, 85,000+ issues caught, and 100+ hours saved per project as of August 2026 (vendor claims, not verified). |
| Who it's for | Commercial HVAC, mechanical and plumbing contractors' estimators and bid coordinators. | Trade contractors' precon, legal, operations, field, and executive teams (MEP trades named). |
| Pricing (as publicly stated) | Not publicly listed (site routes to a demo). (Checked Oct 15, 2026.) | Not publicly listed (book a call). |

- Trades: Rebar names commercial mechanical (with plumbing and refrigeration bids shown). Pelles says it serves trade contractors generally.

What we can't tell you yet
Which tool is better for your work. That needs testing on the same package with a verified answer key. Planned measures for this comparison:
- Time to a usable bid on the same mechanical set
- Accuracy of spec answers against the source clause
