Extracts Pro (COPE) vs SyncEzy

Two ways to get Procore project files into your own document systems. Extracts Pro, now branded COPE, is an embedded Procore app for closeout packages and rule-based, scheduled extraction from 20+ Procore tools to SharePoint, Box or Procore. SyncEzy is an integrations company whose Procore SharePoint integration runs a two-way document sync with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams or Windows Explorer. Not a like-for-like pair: COPE adds closeout tracking and binders; SyncEzy is a live sync and also sells many non-Procore integrations. Desk research from vendor sites read Oct 30, 2026; no winner.

What it doesProcore closeout packages and scheduled Procore data sync to SharePoint, Box or Procore, run as an embedded app inside Procore. extractspro.com now redirects to withcope.com, where the product is titled COPE (Procore Closeout & Data Sync) under a banner reading Extracts Pro is now COPE; the footer says Extracts Pro and COPE are trade names of TrailB Technologies LLC. Listed at Groundbreak as COPE. Closeout Log requests and tracks subcontractor closeout documents with a live dashboard and reminders and compiles a searchable, locally hyperlinked ZIP binder. Automations applies if-this-then-that rules to sync data from 20+ Procore tools (among them drawings, correspondence, photos, punch list, RFIs, specifications, submittals, daily log, meetings, forms, inspections and observations) on a schedule or after an event, with configurable folders and file names, so files stay in your own systems if Procore access lapses; the Automations page title also names Egnyte, while its body lists SharePoint, Procore and Box. Its FAQ says it works primarily with US customers. The pages do not describe AI features. Customer quotes and percentages are not used.Point-to-point integrations: the homepage, titled Integrations for QuickBooks Time & more, lists Simpro (30+ integrations), Procore (to SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox), Zoho, QuickBooks Time, PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Employment Hero and ServiceM8 among its key partners. Its Procore SharePoint integration covers SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Windows Explorer with auto, folder and manual sync modes: project documents, photos and folder structure sync two ways, and RFIs, submittals and drawings one way for backup, usually within 1-3 minutes (vendor statement), with a per-project choice of Procore tools. The Procore integrations page also lists Box and QuickBooks Time connections, with HubSpot, Cloud Payroll, UKG Payroll, TwinView and contract lifecycle management marked Under Consideration. The vendor says it stores only file metadata and cites SOC 2 Type 2 certification and a Cloud Application Security Assessment (App Defense Alliance). The integrations are not described as using AI. Customer quotes are not used.

Pricing (as publicly stated)Custom quote; no public prices. The pricing page, still under the Extracts Pro name, lists Closeout Log and Automations and Standard, Advanced and Enterprise packages, each routing to Get a Quote; its FAQ says quotes depend on product selection, project size, number of connected projects and customization such as integrations with existing document systems. No public prices: the pricing page says each of its 50+ integrations is priced separately (by records, employees, unlimited or volume, with business scale and location factored in), and prices are shown only after registering a free account on its integrations portal (not done). The Procore SharePoint FAQ describes a base subscription per company, not per user, in tiers such as Standard and Enterprise, quoted on project volume, with a free trial (Start For Free, no credit card). Where the vendor descriptions differ

  • What each covers (vendor pages): COPE lists Closeout Log, which requests and tracks subcontractor closeout documents with a live dashboard and automated reminders and compiles a searchable, locally hyperlinked ZIP binder, and Automations, which applies if-this-then-that rules to sync data from 20+ Procore tools on a schedule or after an event. SyncEzy's Procore SharePoint page describes two-way sync of project documents with version history, mirroring your folder structure, with some Procore tools synced one way.
  • Where files land: COPE names SharePoint, Box and Procore (its Automations page title also names Egnyte) and says files stay in your own systems if Procore access or subscriptions lapse. SyncEzy names SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Windows Explorer folders, and its Procore integrations page also lists Google Drive, Dropbox and Box.
  • Security statements (vendor claims): SyncEzy says it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and stores only file metadata. We did not record a security certification on COPE's pages.
  • Where AI fits: neither describes AI features in the product. SyncEzy's SharePoint page promotes a webinar on getting project data ready for AI tools.
  • Pricing (checked Oct 30, 2026): neither publishes figures. COPE lists Closeout Log, Automations and Standard, Advanced and Enterprise packages, each Get a Quote, with quotes depending on products, project size and connected projects. SyncEzy shows prices only after registering a free account, and its Procore SharePoint FAQ describes a base subscription per company, not per user, quoted on project volume, with a free trial.
  • Not used here: customer quotes and logos (vendor content). Facts for both tools come from vendor websites (desk research).
