| Category | Drawing review & QA | Drawing review & QA | Drawing review & QA |
| AI role (our label) | AI-first | AI-first | AI-first |
| What it does | AI drawing-review agent that checks drawing sets against built-in discipline checklists (architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, civil, plus sheet-wide coordination and missing-information checks) or a firm's own QA/QC standards. Returns a cited findings table and Bluebeam-compatible PDF markups; findings can be exported to Excel/JSON or pushed to Autodesk Forma, Fieldwire, and Bentley ProjectWise. Review depths: Light, Thorough, Comprehensive. | AI design reviewer that uses computer vision on ordinary 2D PDF drawing sets and specs, with no BIM model required. Checks drawing health (missing tags, broken references), 2D clashes, omissions and logic rules, and spec-to-drawing conflicts. Vendor pages cite 300+, 500+, or 800+ checks depending on the page. In-house experts verify findings before delivery. Also offers revision comparison with change narratives, free back-checks, and custom checks built from a firm's QA/QC manual. Integrates with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Vendor-stated turnaround: 5-10 days for a full review (FAQ says 2 days to 2 weeks). | AI plan check for construction drawings and specs: code compliance (e.g. IBC, ADA, IECC, plus uploaded local ordinances), cross-discipline coordination, spec-vs-drawing conflicts, and constructability. Findings are prioritized by severity with sheet snippets and code references. The vendor states AI findings can be wrong or incomplete and should be verified. Vendor-stated turnaround: usually hours, same day. |
| Who it's for | Design firms and general contractors reviewing drawing packages before construction. | General contractors and design teams, typically at 50% CDs and later (per vendor FAQ). | Design and construction teams doing plan check, QA/QC, and RFI prevention. |
| Pricing (as publicly stated) | Free tier (limited agent requests, no credit card). Individual $20/month including $20 of AI usage, with top-ups. Business $40/user/month with a 25-seat minimum ($20 AI usage per seat, file integrations, SSO, Agent API). Enterprise custom. (Pricing re-checked Oct 14, 2026.) | Not publicly listed (vendor says unlimited seats; no prices shown). | Usage-based per check: $1 per drawing sheet, $0.25 per spec page, and $0.25 per sheet per code check, with a $50 minimum. Up to $100 covered on a first check for eligible work emails. Volume/enterprise pricing available. |

What we can't tell you yet
Which tool is better for your work. That needs testing on the same package with a verified answer key. Planned measures for this comparison:
- Recall and precision against a verified list of real drawing errors in a public bid set plus addenda
- Citation accuracy and false-alarm rate
- Actual turnaround on the same package
