Where the vendor descriptions differ
- What moves: SyncEzy's Procore SharePoint page describes two-way sync of Procore documents, photos and folder structure into SharePoint or OneDrive, extracting Documents, Photos, RFIs, Submittals and more into the organization's SharePoint for backup and ISO compliance, and working on Bluebeam files locally through Windows Explorer. Agave's Procore page describes pushing contracts, purchase orders, invoices and timesheets from the field into the ERP and surfacing job costs back in the PM system.
- Sync controls: Agave lists one-way and two-way syncs across all supported data types, a no-code cloud web app showing what has and has not synced, email alerts when a sync fails, support for multiple companies and subjobs, and smart matching to link records that exist in both systems; it says its AI monitors for discrepancies and reconciles them. SyncEzy describes the same files and folder structure in Procore and SharePoint, and one integration covering SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Windows Explorer.
- Systems covered: Agave's pricing FAQ names Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, CMiC, Foundation, Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum, QuickBooks, Procore and Autodesk Build, and its menu also lists Deltek and ComputerEase. SyncEzy's menu lists Procore to SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box, Procore Analytics, Autodesk integrations, and many Simpro, Zoho, QuickBooks Time, payroll (Employment Hero/KeyPay, HiBob, Xero Payroll) and Australian property-management integrations.
- Beyond sync: Agave also sells AP automation, expense management (receipt capture and coding that works with major corporate cards), AI Analytics, an MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, vendor compliance (COIs, W-9s and subcontracts) and custom AI agents, each available standalone. SyncEzy sells integrations and says it maintains them as vendor APIs change.
- Onboarding and support: Agave says it assigns a dedicated implementation specialist and offers US-based support by Teams chat, phone or email with a 24/7 pager for urgent issues. SyncEzy says support runs 24 hours a day, five days a week by phone, email or live chat, and its Procore SharePoint page offers a free start with no credit card required.
- Security and AI: SyncEzy says it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and CASA approved. Agave says it meets SOC 2 and GDPR with role-based access control, encryption and audit logs. SyncEzy is tagged Not AI-first; its pages read today do not describe AI. Agave is tagged AI-first.
- Pricing (checked Oct 28, 2026): SyncEzy prices each of its 50+ integrations separately (by records, employees, unlimited or volume, scaled to business size) and shows prices only after registering a free account on its integrations portal (not done). Agave builds a custom proposal after discovery and a demo; ERP Sync is a subscription sized to business size and modules, AP Automation lists a one-time implementation fee, AI Analytics has a platform fee plus seat-based pricing, and bundles are discounted; no dollar figures. See each tool page for detail.
- Not like-for-like: SyncEzy mainly moves Procore documents and files into Microsoft and cloud storage (and serves Simpro users), while Agave moves Procore and Autodesk Build financial records into construction ERPs. A Procore contractor could use both for different jobs.
- Not used here: SyncEzy's integration, record, country and file counters, ROI calculator figures, customer quotes and case studies, and Agave's contractor counts, savings figures, testimonials and case studies (vendor material). Neither tool has been tested by Means & Methods Lab.
