Its FAQ says it works primarily with US customers. Its pages do not describe AI features. Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: unchanged in substance; the Automations page title now names Egnyte alongside SharePoint and Box (the body still lists SharePoint, Procore and Box), the pricing page lists the supported Procore tools (among them drawings, correspondence, photos, punch list, RFIs, specifications, submittals, daily log, meetings, forms, inspections and observations), and the footer names TrailB Technologies LLC dba Extracts Pro. Where the vendor descriptions differ

  • Direction of data: Extracts Pro pulls data out of Procore (one way) on a schedule or after an event, using if-this-then-that rules, so files stay in your own systems if Procore access lapses. ProConnector mirrors created, edited, moved and deleted files and folders both ways between Procore and Microsoft 365, and its FAQ (read Oct 17, 2026) says there is no one-way mode.
  • What gets moved: Extracts Pro lists 20+ Procore tools (among them drawings, RFIs, submittals, specifications, daily log, inspections, observations, punch list and photos) with configurable folder structures and file names. ProConnector syncs Procore's project document module with a SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive library at any folder level, leaves permissions in each system unchanged, and does not sync files over 1,024 MiB (FAQ, Oct 17, 2026).
  • Closeout: Extracts Pro's Closeout Log requests and tracks subcontractor closeout documents on a live dashboard with reminders and compiles a searchable, locally hyperlinked ZIP binder. ProConnector's pages describe document sync, migration of SharePoint documents into Procore and backups of Procore documents to SharePoint, not closeout packages.
  • How it runs: Extracts Pro runs as an embedded app inside Procore. ProConnector describes web services hosted on Azure that HingePoint sets up, and recommends one SharePoint team site per Procore project.
  • Pricing (checked Oct 19, 2026): neither publishes figures. Extracts Pro routes Closeout Log, Automations and its Standard, Advanced and Enterprise packages to Get a Quote, and its FAQ says quotes depend on products, project size, connected projects and customization. ProConnector is an annual subscription based on the number of projects, not users, with unlimited files and users and a 30-day free trial.
  • AI: neither vendor's pages describe AI features, and both carry our Not AI-first label. Customer quotes on the Extracts Pro site are vendor-published; their time-saving figures are not used here. Neither tool has been tested by Means & Methods Lab.
