Where the vendor descriptions differ

  • Q&A with citations: Primepoint's interface, Marvin, answers plain-English project questions with links to the exact drawing or spec. Struction says every answer in its project chat cites the sheet it came from and that everything it produces traces back to the sheet, spec section or model element.
  • Review workflows: Primepoint lists Constructability Review (clashes, missing information, design gaps), Submittal Review against specs, an RFI Assistant, Revision Narrative for comparing revisions, Auto Overlay and a Schedule Assistant. Struction lists RFI, risk and scope gap discovery, scope of work generation as exportable bid forms per discipline, markups and a federated BIM viewer.
  • Quantities: Struction offers manual, assisted and automated takeoff, with each count tied to a scope item and the sheet it was measured on. The Primepoint pages we read do not describe quantity takeoff.
  • Integrations and data: Primepoint states native Procore and ACC integrations and single-tenant architecture. Struction says it will not train on project data, and its Enterprise GC plan lists chat model choice across Google, Anthropic and OpenAI; we did not record an integration list for Struction.
  • Pricing (checked Oct 19, 2026): Primepoint publishes no prices; /pricing returns a not-found page and the calls to action are demo requests. Struction lists Free $0, Struction $50/month billed monthly, Struction for GC's $500 per user per month (up to 10 users) and a custom, usage-based Enterprise GC plan; a Specialty Contractors plan is listed for Late Summer 2026.
  • Customer quotes on Primepoint's homepage (Sundt, Fortis Construction, W.E. O'Neil) are vendor-published and not verified. Neither tool has been tested by Means & Methods Lab, and answer accuracy was not compared.
