Structured AI vs Wyre AI

Two AI-first document review tools, both Procore Groundbreak 2026 exhibitors, aimed at different sides of the same drawing set. Structured AI is drawing QA for architects and engineers: errors, code issues and clashes across sheets, disciplines and revisions. Wyre AI is preconstruction for contractors: it turns drawings and specifications into structured, traceable scopes and flags conflicts and gaps between drawings and specs. Vendor pages re-checked Oct 19, 2026; desk research, not tested, no winner.

What it doesAI drawing review for architects and engineers that flags errors, code issues and clashes across sheets, disciplines and revisions. Re-read Oct 17, 2026: it lists QA/QC and code compliance checks with deterministic pass, fail or verify results, drawing set chat with sourced answers, custom checks in plain English, automatic cross-discipline overlays for clash checks, and a Revit add-in that runs checks on live model elements and writes approved fixes back. Findings arrive as Bluebeam markups with two-way Studio sync; sources include Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, SharePoint and Google Drive. It says project data never trains its models. Its homepage links an ENR report on a $4.2M raise and Syska Hennessy partnership (vendor statement). Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: homepage, features, integrations and security pages unchanged in substance; the homepage adds an agent that explains a finding, its root cause and other places it appears, pixel-aligned sheet and discipline overlays, and permission-aware access (the AI sees only what each user may see), and the security page says its core models are trained on curated public datasets and construction standards, not customer project data (vendor statement). Homepage review-time, confirmation-rate and field-issue figures are vendor claims and not used here.Turns drawings and specs into structured scopes, risk insights and traceable references to find scope gaps and reduce RFIs. It sells Wyre Scopes (traceable scope packages from the full document set) and Wyre Check (AI-assisted validation that flags conflicts and gaps between drawings and specifications). Its site says it now connects with Autodesk Forma and BuildingConnected, and its footer says SOC 2 Type II compliant. Its press page announces a $5M seed round led by IronSpring Ventures (September 2026). Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: homepage unchanged in substance (Wyre Scopes, Wyre Check, the Autodesk Forma and BuildingConnected connection and the SOC 2 Type II footer seal); it says the team are former Pype and Autodesk staff and that the product is built with a deep understanding of Autodesk, Procore, Trimble and Bluebeam integrations (vendor statement). A customer pilot's hours-saved estimate is vendor-published and not used here.

Where the vendor descriptions differ

  • Who and when: Structured AI calls itself the AI drawing review platform for architects and engineers and runs QA/QC and code compliance checks on drawing sets. Wyre AI names general contractors, specialty contractors, estimators and preconstruction managers, and works from the bid documents to build scopes and extract bid items.
  • Outputs: Structured AI returns deterministic pass, fail or verify results cited to the sheet and detail, delivered as Bluebeam markups with two-way Studio sync, plus drawing set chat, custom checks written in plain English and cross-discipline overlays for clash checks. Wyre Scopes builds scope packages from the full document set, linking each scope item to the drawing or spec excerpt behind it; Wyre Check flags conflicts and gaps between drawings and specifications.
  • Models: Structured AI has a Revit add-in that runs checks on live model elements and writes approved fixes back to the model. The Wyre AI pages we read describe working from drawings, specifications and project documents and do not describe a model add-in.
  • Systems: Structured AI lists Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, SharePoint, Google Drive, Bluebeam Studio and Revit. Wyre AI says it now connects with Autodesk Forma and BuildingConnected and is built with a deep understanding of Autodesk, Procore, Trimble and Bluebeam integrations (vendor statement).
  • Data and security: Structured AI says customer project data never trains its models, its core models are trained on curated public datasets and construction standards, each organization's data is siloed and the AI sees only what each user is allowed to see. Wyre AI's footer shows a SOC 2 Type II compliant seal; we did not find a statement on model training in the pages we read.
  • Pricing and funding (checked Oct 19, 2026): neither publishes prices, and /pricing returns a not-found page on both sites. Structured AI offers an intro call and demo, then a pilot on your own drawing sets with checks built to your standards; Wyre AI routes to a demo. Structured AI's $4.2M seed (reported by ENR, June 2026) and Wyre AI's $5M seed led by IronSpring Ventures (September 2026) are on their sites. Review-time, accuracy and hours-saved figures on both sites are vendor claims and are not used here. Neither tool has been tested by Means & Methods Lab.

Paraphrased from the sources listed above. Vendor claims are reported as claims.

What users say

The facts above come from vendor websites. Whether either tool is any good for your work is something only people who use them can say. These are member reviews, all ratings shown, never edited or removed for being negative.

Good or bad, an honest review from an estimator, PM or super helps the next team more than another vendor demo. You post under a handle; your email is never shown.

Questions to ask in your review

  • Results on the same drawing and spec set: conflicts found, false positives and missed items
  • Whether a contractor can run Structured AI on a bid set, or a design firm run Wyre Check before issue
  • What a pilot and an annual license cost for each
  • What did you use it for, on what kind of work and project size?
  • How long did setup and training take, and who on your team did it?
  • What does it cost you in practice, compared with what the sales call said?
