ProjectReady vs Extracts Pro
Two tools that copy Procore project documents into systems you own, such as SharePoint, for backup, archive and handover. Not like-for-like (our reading): ProjectReady connects and governs several platforms (Autodesk Forma, Procore, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, HCSS, Egnyte and Box) and keeps data in sync between them, while Extracts Pro concentrates on Procore closeout packages and scheduled Procore data extraction. Neither leads with AI. Compared using only vendor pages re-read Oct 17, 2026; desk research, not tested, no winner.
In short: ProjectReady (AEC data sync & governance; no public prices (quote / sales)) vs Extracts Pro (Closeout & Procore data workflows; no public prices (quote / sales)). Facts last checked Oct 17, 2026. No winner declared; not tested.

| What it does | Syncs and governs project data across Autodesk Forma (ACC), Procore, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, HCSS, Egnyte and Box. Re-read Oct 17, 2026: it sells WorkBridge, which syncs, transfers and migrates documents, issues, photos, sheets, forms and RFI and submittal workflows across Autodesk, Procore and SharePoint and links Bluebeam sessions and HCSS estimates to BuildingConnected, and ProjectReady Central, which provisions SharePoint, Teams, Autodesk and Procore project sites with consistent permissions, manages security centrally and runs a continuous Microsoft 365 cloud backup of Autodesk and Procore documents, drawings and RFI and submittal attachments. A March 2026 press release says WorkBridge achieved SOC 2 Type II. Its product pages do not describe AI features. | Procore closeout packages and scheduled Procore data extraction to SharePoint, Box or Procore, run as an embedded app inside Procore. Listed at Groundbreak as COPE, linking to extractspro.com. Re-read Oct 17, 2026: Closeout Log requests and tracks subcontractor closeout documents with a live dashboard and reminders and compiles a searchable, locally hyperlinked ZIP binder; Automations applies if-this-then-that rules to sync data from 20+ Procore tools on a schedule or after an event, with configurable folders and file names, so files stay in your own systems if Procore access lapses. Its FAQ says it works primarily with US customers. Its pages do not describe AI features. |
| Who it's for | AECO firms running multiple platforms. | Procore customers handling closeout and backups. |
| Pricing (as publicly stated) | No public prices found (re-checked Oct 17, 2026): the vendor site has no pricing or plans link in its navigation or footer, and /pricing returns a not-found page. The site's calls to action are "Request a Demo" and "Contact Us"; its FAQ says getting started begins with a sales demonstration. Confirm current pricing with the vendor. | Custom quote / no public prices on pricing page (re-checked Oct 17, 2026). The page lists Closeout Log and Automations, and Standard, Advanced and Enterprise packages, each routing to Get a Quote; its FAQ says quotes depend on product selection, project size, number of connected projects and customization such as integrations with existing document systems. |

Where the vendor descriptions differ
- Scope (vendor wording): ProjectReady says it connects Autodesk, Procore, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, HCSS, Egnyte and Box so AECO project teams "can trust they're working with the right information". It sells WorkBridge (sync, transfer and migrate project data across Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Bluebeam, BuildingConnected and HCSS) and ProjectReady Central (automated project setup and connection, centralized security and governance, Microsoft 365 cloud backup for ACC and Procore, document sync, task management, reporting and search, and document generation), plus DCNext document control and email management. Extracts Pro, the trading name of TrailB Technologies LLC, says it simplifies document management and automates Procore data workflows through two products, Closeout Log and Automations.
- Getting Procore data out: ProjectReady's cloud backup page says ProjectReady Central automates the setup and connection of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore to SharePoint and continuously syncs documents, drawings and sheets, including attachments from RFIs and submittals, with no manual downloads, exports or custom scripts. WorkBridge keeps documents, issues, photos, sheets and forms, and RFI and submittal workflows, aligned across Autodesk, Procore and SharePoint, and also migrates projects between Autodesk and Procore. Extracts Pro Automations applies if-this-then-that logic to sync data from 20+ Procore tools to SharePoint, Box or Procore, on a schedule or after an event (its examples: Friday at 5 PM, or after each inspection is completed), with configurable folder structures and file names; it says files stay accessible in your own platforms if Procore access changes or a subscription lapses, and its project archive page says extracts are PDFs with full-size images and no links back to Procore.com.
- Closeout: Extracts Pro's Closeout Log requests and tracks subcontractor closeout documents with a live dashboard and automated reminders, and compiles a searchable digital binder delivered as a locally hyperlinked ZIP folder, organized by tool, contractor, document type and more; packages can be filtered by tool, type, date range, responsible contractor or spec section. The ProjectReady pages we read do not describe a closeout package or subcontractor document requests.
- Beyond Procore: ProjectReady Central provisions SharePoint sites, Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams channels and Autodesk and Procore project environments for each new project with consistent metadata and role-based permissions, and manages permissions centrally across Microsoft 365, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Egnyte and Box; WorkBridge also launches Bluebeam sessions on Autodesk or Procore content and moves HCSS estimate quote folders into BuildingConnected bid packages. Its FAQ says ProjectReady does not license Microsoft 365, Autodesk, Box or Procore for you, and that your data stays in your own systems if you stop using it. Extracts Pro runs inside Procore as an embedded app with Procore login; its pricing page lists supported Procore tools across project management (drawings, correspondence, photos, punch list, RFIs, specifications, submittals, daily log, meetings), quality and safety, directory, documents, change events, bidding and equipment.
- Setup and security (vendor statements, not verified): ProjectReady's FAQ says teams can start using it in as few as two weeks and new projects provision in about three minutes once systems are connected; a March 2026 press release says WorkBridge achieved SOC 2 Type II, and the WorkBridge page says it keeps no data at rest, follows your existing permissions and keeps an audit trail of what moved. Extracts Pro publishes a DPA and a subprocessor list (Heroku, Google Cloud Platform and other US services; last updated Nov 6, 2024), and its FAQ says it works primarily with US customers.
- AI: neither product page describes AI features, so both carry our Not AI-first label. ProjectReady's blog discusses AI and clean project data, but its WorkBridge and Central pages do not describe AI in the product.
- Pricing: neither publishes prices. ProjectReady has no pricing link, and project-ready.com/pricing returned a not-found page on Oct 17, 2026; its calls to action are "Request a Demo" and "Contact Us". Extracts Pro's pricing page lists Closeout Log and Automations, and Standard, Advanced and Enterprise packages, each with a Get a Quote button; its FAQ says quotes depend on product selection, project size, number of connected projects and customization such as integrations with existing document systems. Customer quotes and case-study time savings on both sites, ProjectReady's percentage savings figures and Extracts Pro's ROI calculator are not used here.

What we can't tell you yet
Which tool is better for your work. That needs testing on the same package with a verified answer key. Planned measures for this comparison:
- Which Procore tools each copies, and whether RFIs and submittals arrive as records or only as attachments
- How each names and folders files in your SharePoint, and what happens to edits made there
- What each costs for your project count; neither publishes prices
