Morpheus vs SyncEzy

Two Procore add-on integration vendors aimed at different data, ERP accounting records versus project files. Not like-for-like (our reading): Morpheus is a configurable integration platform that syncs project-accounting records between Procore (and other project management tools) and ERPs such as Viewpoint, Sage, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365, while SyncEzy sells point-to-point integrations, led for Procore users by a file sync to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Windows Explorer and a Procore to QuickBooks Time timesheet sync. Neither describes AI. Vendor pages read Oct 20, 2026; desk research, not tested, no winner.

What it doesIntegration platform syncing project and accounting data across ERP/finance, project management, CRM and HCM systems. Re-read Oct 17, 2026: the homepage lists integrations for Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Trimble ProjectSight, Kahua, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Viewpoint, Sage, Oracle, Unanet, TrebleHook, Coupa, Emburse and others, describes real-time automated data movement with no custom coding, and does not describe AI features. Its Procore integrations page (read Oct 17, 2026) lists read and write support for data types including AP and AR invoices and payments, budget line items, change events and orders, cost codes, subcontracts, purchase orders, prime contracts, subcontractor SOVs, timecard entries, vendor compliance and WBS, and says custom integrations can be built. Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: homepage and Procore page unchanged in substance; the integrations menu also lists Bridgit, Assignar, Rhumbix, Kairnial, Kojo and Clearstory, the homepage says the company has worked on integrations for over 20 years, describes self-service management of integrations without outside consultants, and names customers including Yates Construction, LMC Construction, GCI General Contractors, Joeris Construction and Ryan Companies (vendor-published). Still no AI described. Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: homepage and Procore integrations page unchanged in substance (same integrations menu, including Bridgit, Assignar, Rhumbix, Kairnial, Kojo and Clearstory; self-service integration management; custom integrations offered); still no AI described.Point-to-point integrations, including Procore to SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox, and 30+ integrations for Simpro. Its Procore SharePoint integration syncs project documents two ways and RFIs, submittals and drawings one way into SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive or Windows Explorer folders, usually within 1-3 minutes (vendor statement). It says it stores only file metadata and is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: homepage, pricing and Procore SharePoint pages unchanged in substance; the SharePoint page describes one integration covering SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Windows Explorer, auto, folder and manual sync modes, per-project choice of Procore tools (Documents, Photos, Drawings, RFIs, Submittals), and a Cloud Application Security Assessment (App Defense Alliance) alongside SOC 2 Type 2. Customer quotes are vendor-published and not used here. Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: homepage, pricing, Procore and Procore SharePoint pages unchanged in substance; the Procore integrations page lists SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Box and QuickBooks Time connections, with HubSpot, Cloud Payroll, UKG Payroll, TwinView and contract lifecycle management integrations marked Under Consideration, and the SharePoint page lists an on-demand webinar on getting Procore and SharePoint project data ready for AI tools. The integrations themselves are still not described as using AI.

Pricing (as publicly stated)No public prices found (checked Oct 16, 2026): the vendor site has no pricing or plans link in its navigation or footer, and /pricing and /plans return a not-found page. The site's calls to action are "Get started", "Request a demo". Re-checked Oct 19, 2026: /pricing and /plans still return a not-found page. Confirm current pricing with the vendor. Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: /pricing and /plans still return not found. No public prices on pricing page (re-checked Oct 17 and Oct 19, 2026): the page says each of its 50+ integrations is priced separately (by records, employees, unlimited or volume, scaled to business size) and prices are shown only after registering a free account on its integrations portal (not done). The Procore SharePoint page's FAQ says tiered plans (for example Standard vs Enterprise) priced per company rather than per user, with a custom quote based on project volume and a free trial. Re-checked Oct 20, 2026: unchanged (prices still shown only after registering on the integrations portal; the SharePoint FAQ still describes per-company plan tiers such as Standard and Enterprise, quoted on project volume, and a free trial).

Where the vendor descriptions differ

  • What syncs: Morpheus's Procore page lists read and write support for financial records including AP invoices and payments, AR invoices and payments, budget line items and production quantities, change events and change orders, cost codes and cost types, direct costs, prime contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts and subcontractor SOVs, timecard entries, vendor compliance and WBS segments. SyncEzy's Procore SharePoint integration syncs project documents two ways and RFIs, submittals and drawings one way into SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive or Windows Explorer folders, with auto, folder and manual sync modes and a per-project choice of Procore tools; its Procore page also lists Google Drive, Dropbox, Box and QuickBooks Time connections.
  • Systems covered: Morpheus lists project management tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Trimble ProjectSight, Kahua), ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Viewpoint, Sage, Oracle), CRM (Unanet, TrebleHook), spend and expense management (Coupa, Emburse) and others such as Bridgit, Assignar, Rhumbix, Kairnial, Kojo and Clearstory, and offers to build adapters for unlisted apps. SyncEzy says it has 50+ integrations, many around Simpro (CRM, accounting, reporting and storage connections) as well as Procore, and takes custom integration requests; HubSpot, payroll, TwinView and contract lifecycle management connections for Procore are marked Under Consideration.
  • How it is set up: Morpheus describes configuring each integration to the contractor's current processes (field mapping, workflows, automation rules, phase-code and user-defined-field handling, duplicate-record validation), then self-service management of the integrations without outside consultants. SyncEzy describes deep point-to-point integrations that it builds and keeps maintained as vendor APIs change, with support by phone, email or live chat 24 hours a day, five days a week.
  • AI: neither vendor's pages describe AI features in the product. SyncEzy's SharePoint page lists an on-demand webinar about getting Procore and SharePoint project data ready for AI tools. Tags stay as listed: both Not AI-first.
  • Security (vendor statements): SyncEzy says it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, has passed the App Defense Alliance Cloud Application Security Assessment and stores only file metadata, with the files staying in Procore or Microsoft 365. The Morpheus pages we read do not list security certifications.
  • Pricing (checked Oct 20, 2026): neither publishes prices. Morpheus has no pricing page (/pricing and /plans return not found; Request a demo). SyncEzy prices each integration separately (by records, employees, unlimited or volume, scaled to business size) and shows prices only after registering on its integrations portal (not done); its Procore SharePoint FAQ describes per-company plan tiers such as Standard and Enterprise, quoted on project volume, and a free trial.
  • Not used here: Morpheus's years-in-business line, ENR 400 client claim, named-customer outcomes, ROI calculator and its list of shortcomings in other integration tools; SyncEzy's Procore Marketplace ranking claims, records-synced and support-ranking lines, customer counts and customer quotes. Neither tool has been tested by Means & Methods Lab.
