Where the vendor descriptions differ
- What syncs: Agave's ERP Sync page says it connects PM and ERP systems so jobs, financials, timesheets and more stay in sync, and its Procore page says it pushes contracts, purchase orders, invoices and timesheets from the field into the ERP and surfaces job costs inside the PM system. Morpheus's Procore integrations page lists read and write support for data types including AP and AR invoices and payments, budget line items, change events and orders, cost codes, commitments (subcontracts, purchase orders, prime contracts), subcontractor SOVs, timecard entries, vendor compliance and WBS.
- Systems named: Agave's field-system list is Procore and Autodesk (Forma) Build; its accounting-system list is Acumatica, CMiC, Deltek ComputerEase, Foundation, QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100C, Sage Intacct and Viewpoint Spectrum and Vista. Morpheus's homepage names a wider mix: Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Trimble ProjectSight and Kahua (project management); Microsoft Dynamics 365, Viewpoint, Sage and Oracle (ERP); Unanet and TrebleHook (CRM); Coupa and Emburse (spend); plus Bridgit, Assignar, Rhumbix, Kairnial, Kojo and Clearstory, and says it can build adapters for systems not listed.
- Sync direction and setup: Agave says it supports one-way and two-way syncs across supported data types in a no-code, cloud-based web app, with sync-status visibility, failure alerts by email, multi-company and subjob support and field-based record matching; onboarding is led by a dedicated implementation specialist. Morpheus describes real-time automated data movement with no human intervention, unlimited workflow configurability, no custom coding and self-service management without outside consultants.
- AI: Agave is labeled AI-first in our directory; its Procore sync page says its AI monitors for discrepancies between the ERP and PM system and reconciles them automatically, and the platform adds AI invoice capture, receipt coding, analytics, agents and an MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. Morpheus is labeled Not AI-first: the pages we read do not describe AI features.
- Beyond sync: Agave sells AP Automation, Expense Management, AI Analytics, Agave MCP, Vendor Compliance and AI Agents as standalone or bundled products. Morpheus describes itself as an integration platform only, across ERP/finance, project management, CRM and HCM systems.
- Claims (vendor statements, not verified): Agave cites $27B in construction projects processed, 60+ hours saved per month for finance teams and $130M estimated savings, and contractors from $5M to $5B in revenue. Morpheus says it has worked for over 20 years, that clients include ENR 400 members, and that customers can get up and running in hours.
- Pricing: neither publishes prices. Agave's pricing page says pricing is built from the products chosen, business size and modules or seats, with one-time implementation fees on some products. Morpheus's site had no pricing page when checked Oct 16, 2026, and its homepage calls to action are request a demo and get started.

What we can't tell you yet
Which tool is better for your work. That needs testing on the same package with a verified answer key. Planned measures for this comparison:
- Hours to set up a Procore-to-ERP sync for the same job, cost-code and commitment structure in each
- Share of synced records that need manual correction over a month-end close
- How each handles a custom field or a system not on its published list
