Riskcast vs busybusy

Two field time apps aimed at different contractors. Riskcast is built for self-perform contractors running union or non-union crews, capturing time, production quantities, T&M, JHAs and dailies on one screen and feeding ERP-connected job-cost forecasting. busybusy is a GPS time-card app with job costing, equipment hours and daily reports, a free tier and published per-user prices. Partly like-for-like: both replace paper time cards with cost-coded crew time, but Riskcast goes deeper into production, payroll rules and forecasting, and busybusy leads with GPS verification and low entry cost. Desk research from vendor sites read Oct 30, 2026; no winner.
