Breadcrumb vs innDex

Two jobsite apps that get workers oriented, credentialed and signed in, with Procore links. Breadcrumb is a jobsite safety and productivity app (pre-task plans and JHAs, sub pre-mobilization documents, permits, mobile orientations, digital sign-in) priced annually by company size. innDex is a UK-based site management platform whose workforce tools sit alongside health and safety, logistics, quality and emissions modules, with facial recognition turnstiles or a geofenced app for access. Not a like-for-like pair: innDex covers far more of the site and sells access-control hardware. Desk research from vendor sites read Oct 30, 2026; no winner.

What it doesJobsite safety and productivity app that puts information in crews' hands, with site-worker features and Procore and Autodesk integrations. Features include digital pre-task plans and JHAs, subcontractor pre-mobilization document collection through a no-login invite link (site safety plans, SDS), permits, digital site sign-in with a live worker directory, mobile orientations completed off site or by QR code (sessions in English, Spanish and other languages), and stored worker licenses and tickets that follow workers between projects. The two-way Procore integration files orientations, certifications, PTPs and JHAs into Procore Documents by project and subcontractor and turns attendance into manpower hours and visitor logs in the Procore Daily Log; the Autodesk integration syncs orientations, PTPs, permits, attendance and safety documents into Autodesk Files and Forms. The menu also lists a Site IQ by Acuite integration and a mission critical (data centers) solutions page. Its Breadcrumb AI page describes an Early Access Program and says AI functionality will reach the US over the coming months through a waitlist, so we keep the Not AI-first label. Customer counts, time-saved figures and quotes are vendor content and are not used.UK-based construction site management platform covering workforce, health and safety, logistics, site management, quality and emissions tracking. Its product menu groups modules as Workforce (digital inductions/orientations, CSCS and CPCS competency tracking with expiry alerts, Right to Work records, fatigue and time management, timesheets, access control, allocation sheets), Briefings, Health & Safety (incidents, observations, inspections, permits, toolbox talks, RAMS, point-of-work risk assessments), Assets & Logistics (delivery notes/tickets, transport management, plant and equipment, temporary works), Site Management (progress photos, site messaging, daily diaries), Quality, Sustainability (emissions tracking) and Reports. Access runs through biometric facial recognition turnstiles, portable facial recognition units and tablets, or a geofenced app; its FAQ says it can retrofit units onto existing turnstiles and offers software-only time and attendance on client-owned devices. A US site version uses US terms (orientations, JHAs, punch lists) and features vendor-published case studies. It names integrations with Asite, Procore and SustainIQ plus public APIs, and says it is Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 certified. The homepage does not describe AI; news posts describe AI Delivery Notes in pilot (Aug 2026) and a Navatech partnership for AI safety reporting. Homepage counters are vendor figures and are not used.

Pricing (as publicly stated)Custom quote; no public prices. The pricing page says Breadcrumb is priced annually based on company size (the quote form asks for annual revenue), with no per-user or per-seat fees; every contract includes unlimited users, unlimited storage, a dedicated Customer Success Manager and premium support, and the page says your cost goes down in a tough year. Confirm pricing with the vendor. No public prices: the vendor site has no pricing or plans link, inndex.co.uk/pricing returns a not-found page, and its FAQ says to contact the sales team for pricing.
